Coconut Flatbreads

Makes 4


  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons psyllium husk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil - melted
  • 1 cup water - boiled at 90°C


  1. 1. Mix the coconut flour with the psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
  2. 2. Add the coconut oil and water. (You can also add herbs and spices if you want during this step. I'll sometimes add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder or turmeric.)
  3. 3. Divide the mixture into four balls, then roll them out between two sheets of baking paper.
  4. 4. Dry fry each side in a pan for two to three minutes until golden.


Drink around 500 milliliters of water on top of your usual intake to each teaspoon of psyllium husk.
